Fact or Fiction | School buffer zones removed

Updated: Apr 17

Safe and Sound Denver Said The Amendment will remove buffer zones between schools and community corrections facilities. The Amendment will allow new 1-10 person, 24/7 homeless shelters in all neighborhoods, with no buffer from schools.

City Council & CPD Said
